this is a new open package of the craftsman 9-64876 7 piece 3" twist lock derusting/paint removal/de-burring kit.this is for paint/rust removal,deburring and edge blending.the kit includes a holder and 6 discs.this is a new package but there is plenty of wear here.there are scuffs,scratches,nicks,dings and crushing damage throughout all sides of the package.there are also crinkles and tears in the plastic,the stem of the disc holder is actually poking through the plastic package.dust some grime and yellowing of the plastic is also highly evident both inside and out.someone bought this item some time back,never used anything in the kit and stored it in a garage for years.there is some rust starting to form on the metal stem of the disc holder.thank you for looking at this listing.
